    Chief Finance Officer

    Chet Dodrill has been with Chloeta Fire, LLC since 2011 as administrative officer and chief financial officer. He holds a graduate degree in regional and city planning from the University of Oklahoma and also holds degrees in finance and supply chain management, also from the University of Oklahoma. Chet specializes in planning and mitigation in the wildland urban interface, the use of prescribed fire in WUI environments, community resiliency, and emergency response in tribal communities. He has previously spoken on planning issues at the 2015 Colorado Wildland Fire Conference, the 2014 and 2013 Oklahoma APA Conferences, and the 2013 Oklahoma Historical Society Statewide Preservation Conference. Additionally, Chet serves as chief financial officer of the non-profit Tribal Emergency Management Association (iTEMA). He currently resides in Edmond, OK.

  • Dore Bietz

    Chief Membership Services Officer

    Dore Bietz (Northern and Southern Me-Wuk) resides on the Tuolumne Rancheria in Central California. After receiving a degree in Landscape Architecture, Ms. Bietz has worked for tribes specializing in realty and land use. As a former council woman, Dore understands the complexities of tribal governments and the need to foster better communication between tribes and outside agencies. An expert in California Indian land issues, Ms. Bietz has testified in front of Congress, worked with the administration on land regulations and served as a technical consultant to Tribes throughout the country.

  • Mark Masters

    Chief Operations Officer of Preparedness and Response

    Mark Masters, a native of Jay, Oklahoma, is a Cherokee tribal citizen and of Choctaw descent. Masters is a direct descendant of Cherokee Principal Chief Richard Fields. He possesses fourteen (14) years of experience in wildland fire, incident management and natural resources. Masters holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Ecology from Oklahoma State University and a Graduate Certificate from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Entrepreneurship. He has also completed Graduate Studies in Forest and Fire Ecology at the University of Idaho as well as Organizational Leadership and Business Administration at Cameron University.

  • Anika Evans

    Chief Information Officer (CIO)

    Anika Evans is an enrolled Pima of the Gila River Indian Community (GRIC.) She is from Upper San Tan Village. Anika is the current CIO for the Tribal Emergency Management Association – “iTEMA”.

    Anika is a Tribal Telecommunications Expert, EMT, Gila River Firefighter Apprentice and a former Network Engineer. Anika has been involved in technology services for about 20 years. She lives in Upper San Tan, on the Gila River Indian Reservation.

  • Michael Russ

    Michael Russ has a full time position as the Disaster Services Manager for the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, in Highland CA, Michael G Russ is responsible for maintaining, organizing and coordinating the emergency and disaster preparedness response and training for the tribe and its employees. This includes the development and implementation of emergency plans and procedures as well as developing programs for the enhancement of disaster preparedness training.
